FREE EVENT: BRAND NEW ALL-FEMALE BOARD AND GENDER EQUALITY CERTIFICATION

Three women at the helm of the Italian and international live communication leading company.

FREE EVENT, one of the leading players in live communication in Italy, has announced the formation of a new, all-female board. As of this week, the leadership of the company will be entrusted to three leading figures:

  • Gloria Cova, former General Manager, takes on the role of Head Executive Producer, leading the executive department of production.
  • Tania Zoffoli, nominated Head Art Director, is now in charge of the creative department.
  • Susanna Uguzzoni, heading the Tender & Project Management department.

This new leadership confirms FREE EVENT’s desire to focus on solid skills and enhance female talent, positioning itself as an example of excellence and innovation in the sector.

Andrea Camporesi, founder and CEO of FREE EVENT, highlighted the strategic importance of collaborating with a board composed of experienced women, stressing their added value for the company. According to Camporesi, this choice not only fosters significant growth in terms of research and development but also guarantees more accurate attention in both preliminary design and executive phases. The aim is to offer customers an excellent standard of quality, further consolidating the brand’s reputation.

A new milestone: gender parity certification

To crown this renewal phase, FREE EVENT is officially about to obtain gender parity certification, a recognition that further consolidates the company’s position as a pioneer in the sector. This achievement testifies to FREE EVENT’s concrete commitment to affirming the values of inclusiveness, fairness and equal opportunities, making it a virtuous model for the entire industry.

A look to the international future

With the opening of the London division, FREE EVENT aims to:

1. Train young talents, thus building teams capable of growing and establishing themselves over time.

2. Expand international productions to compete with global entertainment leaders, especially the Anglo-Saxon ones, which have always been a reference point in the sector.

The combination of these strategic goals reinforces FREE EVENT’s mission to represent Italian excellence in the world, with an innovative and sustainable approach.
