50th ANNIVERSARY CONVENTION

 
Convey the values of strength and made in Italy while crossing the line of the fiftieth anniversary. This was the objective of the Scavolini convention, which took place in the new factory in Pesaro and was conceived, produced and organized by the event planning company Free Event.

The convention and live show took place in the ‘Scavolini Cathedral ‘, the new and imposing factory in Pesaro, where 3.500 guests were seated around the tables set up for the gala dinner. Suddenly, and quite unexpectedly, the lights dim and a live performer began playing his trumpet intoning the famous soundtrack of ‘Nuovo Cinema Paradiso‘. It was immediately clear that the event would have been continued in the wake of the recall and the made in Italy values. The convention Scavolini, conceived and organized by Free Event, condensed different elements, values and messages, with the one and only aim of celebrating the fifty years milestone of the most loved by  Italian People’.

Four hours of show presented by Francesco Facchinetti, that addressed the guests from a big stage enriched by beautiful video projections on giant screens: one, frontal, measured 18×7 meters, and the remaining two screens, on the side, measured 24×5 meters. The show could thus be followed from every angle of the huge venue, also because on the screen Free Event – that managed the show live direction as well – mixed Scavolini historical video with the live shooting.

At the end of the show, a spectacular shower of red petals colored the parterre. To Scavolini, Free Event offered a full package, thus taking care of every details concerning the conceiving, production and organization of the event.
