‘Give Me Fifty’ was a full-day event, which started in the morning with caravans of coaches – over 60 – bringing 5000 people to Pesaro from northern, central and southern Italy, from Sicily to Puglia. It took an Arena, the usual venue for concerts and artistic performances, to contain all the pride and sense of belonging that, in the last half century, has defined the relationship between Amadori and its people, the ‘Amadori Peopoll’, as the company’s collaborators like to define themselves. The “Amadori Peopoll” who attended this important event included employees, agents and breeders of the supply chain.
The Group wanted to bring them together in Pesaro, to celebrate its 50thanniversary, together with a live show-tribute that alternated between anecdotes and memories, entertainment and institutional moments, shows and a lottery, a Fiat 500 as the prize. The lucky winner of this special prize, a worker at the Amadori plant in Mosciano S. Angelo (TE). The choice of this model was not a random choice, because precisely this model, in its historical version, was used in the 60s and 70s by Amadori as a company car.
‘Give Me Fifty’, this is the title of the event that Amadori absolutely wanted to reaffirm the value of its relationship, professional but not only, with all the people who contribute to the success of the Group every day: a calling to human relations transferred over the years from Francesco Amadori to his family and which today is the basis of the corporate culture. The real protagonists of the event were the collaborators of the Amadori Group who, in the recent months, had made hundreds of videos talking about their daily working life at the company. The show was, in fact, an emotional moment of sharing, the story of 50 years of entrepreneurial challenges and the many successes achieved together. A live show that retraced the company’s events in parallel with a piece of Italian history, thanks also to the participation of some great personalities from the world of entertainment. A touching video opened the event, introducing the first steps of the company, officially founded by Francesco Amadori together with his brother Arnaldo in San Vittore Cesena in 1969.
An unforgettable moment was the performance of the journalist and storyteller Federico Buffa, who staged the beginnings of the company and its further development in an intense parallel journey between business and current events as well as traditions that took place in Italy and abroad in those years and moreover in the land where it all began, Romagna. Rudy Zerbi, the presenter of the event, then spoke to Francesco’s sons, Flavio and Denis Amadori, today at the helm of the company and the CEO Francesco Berti, about further growth planned in the following decades, focusing on Amadori today and Amadori in the future, and stories of society trends during an unrepeatable era in the history of Italy. Adding to this amazing journey in time, impossible not to mention the story of the beginning and success of ‘Parola di Francesco Amadori’, the famous slogan that entered straight into the language of all Italians which Francesca Amadori, Head of Corporate Communication, wanted to retrace together with all the participants through the most popular and famous spots. The event ended with an entertaining Fiorello show created specifically for the event.
